Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in quality assurance.

• Proficiency in quality assurance techniques, testing methodologies, and software testing tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in QA processes and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Certification in QA (e.g., CQA/CQA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure QA effectiveness.
• Plan, design, and execute QA tests and inspections for defects and non-conformities.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Document test plans, cases, scripts, and results.
• Prepare QA reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and report quality issues and deviations; investigate root causes.
