Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures per company and client standards.
• Prepare inspection and test plans (ITPs) for various work phases.
• Conduct on-site inspections and testing; coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals.
• Maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, RFI logs, NCRs, material approvals).
• Monitor materials quality on site; issue punchlists and track rectifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
• Support project close-out including as-built docs and final inspections.

The QAQC Engineer should be willing to be assigned and relocated in Cabuyao, Laguna.

He is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with quality standards and project specifications. They will oversee inspection processes, document quality records, and coordinate with project teams to address non-conformance items and punch lists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with company and client standards.
• Prepare inspection and test plans (ITPs) for various phases of work.
• Conduct inspections and testing on-site, and coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals.
• Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, RFI logs, NCRs, material approvals, etc.
• Monitor and verify the quality of materials delivered and used on site.
• Issue punchlists and track rectification works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure that the project adheres to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
• Support project close-out, including as-built documentation and final inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• With at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within construction.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QAQC documentation tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (preferred but not always required).
• Experience in handling [residential/commercial/high-rise/infrastructure] projects is an advantage.
• Must be willing to be relocated to different site projects.
