Job summary

Vertiv is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure quality in customer service operations, focusing on order processing and service delivery. The role blends QA oversight with continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and operational performance.

You will monitor interactions, analyze performance data, and lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams, building dashboards and training staff on best practices to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Google Appsheet experience is a plus.
• 1–3 years in customer service, sales operations, IT or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.
• Experience in QA and order processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with managers to shape functional strategy.
• Map and analyze workflows using flowcharts, SIPOC, or value stream mapping.
• Develop continuous improvement capabilities and standards.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or compliance risks.
• Collaborate to implement changes reducing cost, improving quality, speed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, RACI charts, and process docs.
• Communicate changes clearly and drive adoption across teams.
• Define KPIs with business users and translate to dashboards.
• Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Looker.
