Job summary

Algo Center in Makati seeks a Quality Assurance & Policy Control Officer/Supervisor to plan, develop, and implement quality management systems across Operations Back Office and Support. You will supervise the QA Specialist and partner with multiple units to ensure compliance with standards and policies.

The role requires 2+ years in QA/QC, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Suite. CSAT scrubbing experience is required, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational level: College Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least two years of QA/QC experience.
• CSAT scrubbing experience is required.
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, Docs).
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and rates the quality of transactions to ensure compliance on the agreed standards.
• Evaluates the quality of evaluations conducted by specialists to ensure compliance on the agreed standards.
• Prepares reports to assess and identify areas of improvement.
• Conducts discussions with Quality Assurance and other units to ensure alignment of evaluation.
• Provides coaching to specialists to align with QA guidelines, audit processes and performance goals.
