Quality Assurance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Greenhills, San Juan City for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the QA team, developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing product specifications, establishing quality benchmarks, training and mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, including developing and implementing QA processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for conducting audits and inspections

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance

• Leadership and team management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in the tech or retail industry is a plus
