Job summary

Twoconnect Careers is seeking a Compliance & Systems Administrator to support audits, manage workforce management platforms, and ensure data integrity across payroll and attendance processes. You will coordinate incident reporting, generate reports, and train staff on procedures.

The role involves liaising with vendors, optimizing processes, and delivering system training while handling confidential information with care.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, audit support, workforce management systems, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of ISO compliance is a plus.
  • Experience administering workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, incident management, and audit coordination.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience reviewing data and identifying trends, exceptions, and improvements.
  • Strong systems troubleshooting and vendor coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance and incident reporting with corrective actions tracked and closed within timeframes.
  • Prepare evidence, reports, registers, and compliance documentation for audits.
  • Administer workforce management systems ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Manage user access, permissions, site setups, master data, cost centres, and system records.
  • Monitor workforce, attendance, training, and compliance data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits, reviewing rostered, approved, and clocked data for gaps.
  • Provide compliance, reporting, and system support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services.
  • Liaise with software vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, data validation, and rollouts.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms and ensure documentation is current and complete.
  • Prepare recurring operational, compliance, attendance, audit, and client performance reports and dashboards.
  • Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials, and deliver system training.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with company policies.
  • Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong systems troubleshooting abilities and experience working with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users, develop procedures, and prepare professional reports.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence.
