Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Systems Administrator to support our workforce management platforms and ensure data integrity. The role focuses on incident management, audit-ready documentation, and ongoing process improvements.

You will coordinate compliance activities, prepare evidence for internal and external audits, and train staff on procedures. Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse data are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, audit support, workforce management systems, business systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience administering workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, incident management, corrective actions, and audit coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience reviewing workforce, attendance, payroll, or roster data and identifying trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong systems troubleshooting abilities and experience working with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users, develop procedures, and prepare professional reports.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance and incident reporting, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed on time.
  • Support audits by preparing evidence, reports, registers, and compliance documentation.
  • Administer workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage user access, site setups, master data, cost centres, and system records.
  • Monitor workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits to identify exceptions.
  • Provide system support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services teams.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and data validation.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms and documentation.
  • Prepare recurring operational, attendance, audit, and client performance reports.
  • Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials.
  • Maintain audit trails and confidential information per policy.
  • Assist with operational improvement initiatives and other business support activities.

Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate compliance and incident reporting, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed within agreed timeframes.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, registers, and compliance documentation.
  • Administer workforce management systems, including Timegate, Templa, and Lighthouse, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Manage user access, permissions, site setups, master data, cost centres, and system records.
  • Monitor and analyse workforce, attendance, training, and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits, reviewing rostered, approved, and clocked data to identify exceptions and control gaps.
  • Provide compliance, reporting, and system support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services teams.
  • Liaise with software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, data validation, and rollout activities.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms and ensure all required documentation remains current and complete.
  • Prepare recurring operational, compliance, attendance, audit, and client performance reports and dashboards.
  • Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials, and deliver system training to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and confidential business information in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with operational improvement initiatives, special projects, and other business support activities as required.
