• BS in Food Technology is required.
• At least 2 years in quality assurance and/or R&D.
• Experience in QA documentations and GMP/HACCP background.

Responsabilités

• Review reports and confer with QA, mgmt and eng to solve problems.
• Conduct GMP/GWP audits and flag areas of concern.
• Develop and document QA systems (SSOP, GMP, HACCP, SOP, HACCP).
• Process non-conformances via investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Consolidate and control external QA documents and records.
• Assist in developing maintenance and program reports (SSOP, SOP, HACCP).
• Perform regular sanitation audits.
• Write and submit reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain calibration/validation of measuring equipment.
