Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure products meet quality standards and to conduct inspections within the production plant at our Danao, Cebu onsite facility. The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Chemist/Technician license and may consider candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Candidates should be prepared to work in a hot or cold environment and contribute to training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• Fresh graduates with a valid Chemist or Chemical Technician license are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is also welcomed.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 17025 is preferred.
• Able to work in a hot or cold working environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods produced adhere to established quality standards.
• Observe and check raw materials and finished goods for defects; perform tests on samples and record observations.
• Accept or reject lots based on sample checks; assist in quality control programs and in preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Conduct inspections within the production plant.

Job description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for:

• Ensuring that the goods produced adhere to established quality standards.
• Observing and checking raw materials used or finished goods produced for visible defects; performing various tests on the samples drawn; and noting down observations.
• Accepting and rejecting lots on the basis of samples checked, assist in the implementation of quality control programs, and assist as well in the preparation of training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Conducting inspection and checking within the production plant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• Open to fresh graduates with a valid Chemist or Chemical Technician license. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the food or manufacturing industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably knowledgeable in good laboratory practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025
• Able to work and sustain in a hot or cold working environment.
• Must be amenable to work in Danao, Cebu (Full Onsite).
