About Filinvest Land

Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is one of the oldest and largest residential real estate developers in the Philippines today. It offers a range of products from socialized and affordable housing to middle income and high-end housing, to various types of subdivision lots.

Your role
  • Receives, investigates, and resolves inquiries, requests, and concerns through appropriate unit coordination
  • Secures turnover status from the Project group and updates the turnover status of accounts
  • Secures appropriate system tagging regarding repair and turnover
  • Prepares, maintains, and provides performance and customer interaction reports for succeeding action planning
  • Performs other administrative functions and other tasks that may be assigned by the Service Desk Head
Training, development & rotations

Training and Development is one of the priority programs of the Company.

To prepare employees to assume greater responsibilities, the Company conducts in-house training and enlists recommended employees based on potential in external seminars conducted by various learning institutions.
