Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Quadient Developer in the Philippines to lead the design, development, and implementation of Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions using Quadient Inspire. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable communication solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Quadient Inspire experience, data mapping skills, and the ability to guide offshore teams while maintaining strong communication with clients

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire suite including Inspire Designer.
• Strong understanding of CCM concepts: document composition, data mapping, personalization, and output management.
• Proven experience collaborating with solution architects and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide accurate development estimates and contribute to project planning.
• Proficiency in scripting and supporting technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Experience integrating Quadient with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Experience leading offshore development teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Quadient Inspire solutions (configuration, customization, deployment).
• Collaborate with solution architects to translate requirements into CCM solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and architecture alignment sessions.
• Prepare and validate development estimates, timelines and effort sizing.
• Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices across deliverables.
• Mentor team members to improve technical capability and delivery.
• Troubleshoot Quadient workflows, templates, data mapping and integrations.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release teams for testing and production support.
• Engage with customers for requirements gathering, workshops, and milestones.
