Job summary

Integrated OS in the Philippines seeks a Quadient Developer to process and transform client data for personalized Direct Mail, SMS, and eDM campaigns.

You will design and implement workflows, develop Omni-Channel templates, and maintain docs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data processing and in programming languages such as C++, Python, Delphi, HTML, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc.
• Understanding of using InDesign.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications utilizing Quadient/Pres/GMC Analytics and transform data types (XML, multi‑line records).
• Program, test and troubleshoot workflows for Direct Mail, SMS, and eDM outputs.
• Develop templates for Omni‑Channel outputs (Direct Mail, Email, SMS).
• Maintain application documentation and onboarding support for new client campaigns.

What you'll do:

As a Quadient Developer, you will be in charge of processing/transforming client data to deliver highly personalized Direct Mail, SMS, and eDM channel campaign output to meet our client's requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Design and development of applications utilizing Quadient/Pres/GMC Analysis and transformation of simple to complex data types (XML, multi‑line variable data record formats)
• Program, test and troubleshoot workflows
• Develop templates for Omni‑Channel outputs (Direct Mail, Email and SMS)
• Maintain application documentation
• Contribute to the onboarding of new clients' campaigns and projects

Successful candidates must have:

• At least 1 year of experience in data processing and in any programming languages such as C++, Python, Delphi, HTML, Java and etc.
• Familiarity with flat files, relational databases, non‑relational databases, XML, JSON, etc.
• Understanding of using InDesign.
• Thrives on collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines, and has working proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of organization and time management.
• Be highly motivated, with the desire to contribute and work as part of a dynamic, driven and client‑centric team.

Work arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, Mondays & Tuesdays; 3 Days WFH – Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.)
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
