Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Evaluates and controls the project requirement for the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor.
• Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
