Responsibilities
Handle procurement of construction materials.
Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
Handle billings from subcontractors and trades.
Generate regular project expense reports and materials monitoring.
Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
Create master schedules and monitor progress and delays.
Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
