Qualifications

• At least a year experience in QEMS auditing.
• Strong background in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Experience as an Auditor for Manufacturing Setups.

Responsibilities

• Performs Audit Engagement, including Management Systems and Process Control Audits.
• Creates audit reports and ensures effective closure of audits.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs Audit Engagement, including but not limited to the following:
• Management Systems Audit

o ISO 9001 Quality Management System

o ISO 14001 Environmental Management

• Process Control Audit based on Risk Assessment & Analysis Method
• Special engagement (as required/assigned)
• Support every aspect of IQEA Program – from audit planning, implementation, feedback and follow-up audits as required.
• Develops / modifies audit checklist based on procedure review and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard.
• Develops appropriate policies and procedures as required.
• Creates audit reports and delivers report timely and accurately.
• Ensures effective closure of audits by working with auditee to correctly guide them in executing corrective actions with regards to any nonconformity cited during the audit.
• Identifies areas of opportunity and supports continual improvement.
• Monitors the implementation and compliance in accordance to organization’s policies and procedures through conduct of periodic inspection or evaluation.
• Conducts trainings/seminars related to quality and environmental processes.
• Conducts weekly onsite inspection (both Pasig and FEAPC).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’sDegree in a business-related course or engineering
• With atleast a year experiencein QEMS auditing
• Strong background inQuality and Environmental Management Systems (QEMS)
• Experience as anAuditor for Manufacturing Setups
• Experience in conductingrisk assessmentsrelated to quality and environmental factors
• Solid background inQuality Assuranceprocesses and standards
• Proficient inMS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide actionable insights
• Strongverbal and written communicationskills
