Job summary

Premier Creative Packaging, Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional for our Dasmariñas plastics facility. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field and proven supervision experience.

You will lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections, drive QA processes, and contribute to product consistency and compliance with quality standards. On-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical course.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a plastic manufacturing environment.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience handling incoming, in-process, and final product inspection.
