Job summary

Celeraise seeks a Quality Manager in Cavite, Philippines to enhance the quality system and ensure final product quality across the plant. You will oversee the quality team, coordinate with production, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures.

The role emphasizes early detection of issues, data-driven investigations, root cause analysis, and timely corrective actions, with weekly and monthly reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with manufacturing experience.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000, and IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality system and final products.
• Maintain systems for checking and verifying process compliance.
• Ensure quality systems are compliant with corporate and site procedures and industry standards.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports relating to the Quality System.
• Organize and coordinate quality team activities around quality safety programs and standards.
• Oversee Total Quality Management for the factory and lead root cause analysis and CAPAs.

Improve the quality system and final products Maintains systems for checking and verifying process compliance, including Quality Systems to provide production departments with tools necessary for daily operations Ensures that work/escalated issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner and that delays and revised time frames are communicated Ensure Quality systems are compliant with corporate and site procedures industry standards such as Product reviews, Complaints, Investigations and root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions, and Training Provide daily oversight and guidance Maintain lot history/disposition cycle time metrics for lots released Organizes and coordinates the activities of quality team around implementation of quality safety programs and standards With experience in Total Quality Management for the whole factory, early detection of quality issues and in-charge of analyzation and proposal of solution.Generate Weekly and Monthly report in relation with the Quality System Managing the Quality Department

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering or any related course Manufacturing experience With experience in a manufacturing industry. Analytical thinking, Technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to details Knowledgeable in ISO 9000, 14000, IATF 16949.
