Job summary

Aon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Philippines, Inc is seeking a QA Tester to validate insurance applications and related systems as part of the delivery team. You will analyze requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and collaborate with analysts, developers and business teams to ensure full QA coverage across features.

You will execute functional, regression, integration and UAT tests, ensuring adherence to QA standards and supporting production deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of software QA tester experience in technology.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC.
Excellent analytical skills to translate requirements into test scenarios.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, process flows, user stories and specs to create a comprehensive test plan.
Collaborate with analysts, developers and business teams to cover acceptance criteria and regression tests.
Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT testing for new features and fixes.
Ensure QA adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices in test planning and execution.
Support Business teams during User Acceptance Testing and Production deployments.
