As a sister company, we play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Position: QA specialist (office-based)
Location: Sico, Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Salary: ₱21,745/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and review patient charts for documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze patient history and physician orders to ensure appropriate care planning.
• Coordinate with clinicians and care teams to verify documentation and treatment plans.
• Create and update Plans of Care based on medical records and physician directives.
• Monitor report filters and ensure timely data entry for OASIS and follow-up forms.
• Review and input ICD-10 codes for home health documentation.
• Support the training of new team members and assist in quality assurance tasks.
