Job description

Prime Data Management is a trusted operations support partner to All Care and Comcare Home Health, both reputable home health providers based in California, USA. As a sister company, we play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. We are committed to maintaining compliance with both Philippine and California healthcare regulations while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Position: QA specialist (office-based)
Location: Sico, Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Salary: ₱21,745/month
Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, 13th Month Pay, Paid Time Off

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and review patient charts for documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze patient history and physician orders to ensure appropriate care planning.
  • Coordinate with clinicians and care teams to verify documentation and treatment plans.
  • Create and update Plans of Care based on medical records and physician directives.
  • Monitor report filters and ensure timely data entry for OASIS and follow-up forms.
  • Review and input ICD-10 codes for home health documentation.
  • Support the training of new team members and assist in quality assurance tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse or Nursing Graduate.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of clinical documentation.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
