Job summary

ANT INDUSTRIAL WORKS INC. invites a licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a mechanical construction setting to join our project teams in Cavite City.

The role focuses on managing QA/QC documents, inspections, and adherence to project specifications to ensure consistent quality across activities. The candidate will develop inspection standards, oversee testing methods, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and drive continuous improvement in quality

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with QA/QC experience in mechanical construction.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation, certificates, calibration records, test results, NCRs, and site observations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC documents for the project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests and NCRs.
• Develop standards to perform inspections and tests; oversee testing methods and maintain high-quality processes.
• Review material quality at site and ensure compliance with project specs while coordinating with procurement for quality materials.
• Supervise test and inspection schedules; ensure procedures are followed and conduct quality audits with teams.
• Assist personnel to understand quality standards; ensure compliance with manuals and collaborate with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project activities, analyze processes to ensure quality requirements are met; recommend corrective actions.
• Develop method statements including risk assessment and ITP/Checklist based on project specs.
• Liaise with Technical Engineer/Project Manager for submittals to Consultant.
• Coordinate with Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspections.
