Job summary

First Balfour, Inc. in Paete, Laguna seeks a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering graduate to join our QA/QC team and support site inspections.

You will conduct inspections of materials and workmanship, review ITPs and MARs, and coordinate with project teams to secure approvals before work proceeds.

The role requires ISO knowledge, willingness to be assigned on site, and ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years construction experience in QA/QC with inspections and documentation.
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards and procedures.
• Willing to be assigned in project sites.
• Current vacancy: Paete, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection reports, MARs, NCRs/CARs, and other QA/QC records.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure quality requirements are met, inspections are completed, and approvals are secured before work proceeds.
• Monitor the implementation of the project's QMS, identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and track their resolution to prevent recurrence.
• Support project quality initiatives by participating in client meetings, conducting quality orientations/toolbox talks, preparing quality reports, and assisting in achieving project quality objectives.
