Job summary

GEOHARBOUR PHILIPPINES seeks a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality and compliance across construction projects in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. You will develop QA/QC procedures, inspect materials, monitor workmanship, and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree, has QA/QC experience in construction or industrial projects, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC roles in construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and inspection techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Inspect and monitor project materials, workmanship, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, test records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
