Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a QA/QC professional to support on-site quality assurance and control efforts. You will review QAQC documents, attend updates, and monitor material deliveries to ensure alignment with project requirements.

The role requires regular site inspections, logbook maintenance for WIR, and preparation of NCRs/QORs to enforce quality standards across subcontractors and activities.

Qualifications

• Reviews QAQC documents, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, Non-conformance reports (NCR), and all other QAQC related documents.
• Attends QAQC meetings, seminars, workshop, training and orientation to ensure that the methodologies are updated.
• Regular checking of delivered materials on site.
• Reviewing of plans and specification to be aligned to project requirements.
• Prepares logbook of Work Inspection Request (WIR) status for proper monitoring.
• Prepares scrum and wrap for monitoring of accomplished daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Regular site monitoring to check if the activity is aligned to the Quality Management Systme (QMS).
• Conducts regular site mock up demo for the subcontractors and operations.
• Issuance of Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to maintain the standard quality implemented on site.
• Regular inspections of ongoing activities to minimize possible errors.
• Recommends and evaluates subcontractors' work based on quality standard implemented on site.
• Regular issuance of works not aligned to the standard quality.
• Prepares necessary documents for close out of Non - Conformance Report (NCR), Quality Observation Report (QOR).
• Prepares weekly reports not limited to non-compliance.
• Preparing logbook for inspected areas
• Progress billing preparation in coordination with Archiwall plant engineer.
