Job summary

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction quality assurance and control team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

You will ensure construction activities meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specs, safeguarding our reputation and client investments through rigorous quality management. The ideal candidate is a Registered Electronics and Communication Engineer (ECE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) with 1–2 years in a similar MDC

Qualifications

• Registered Electronics and Communication Engineer (ECE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar MDC PROJECT role
• COS H certificate (COSH)
• Ability to supervise multiple areas on site
• Work effectively under pressure and multi-task on site

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for the project and ensure testing and commissioning per schedule
• Prepare daily Work Activity Permits (WAP) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) via PROCORE
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions to minimize downtime
• Use PROCORE for construction RFIs and approval requests
• Know standard conduit layout, installation, and system testing
• Understand the sequence of operation for electrical and auxiliary systems
• Direct report to PIC, PM, or PD

About the role

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction quality assurance and control team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our construction projects, protecting both our reputation and our clients' investments through rigorous quality management and oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for providing quality assurance to the project and ensuring testing and commissioning works commenced as per schedule. Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans and specifications of the contract. Responsible for project quality and assurance based on client requirements and company standard procedure

• Prepares daily work activity permit (WAP) and work inspection request (WIR) of the project thru PROCORE.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

• Computer literate - online transactions (PROCORE application) for construction request for information and request for approval

• Knows the standard conduit lay-out in embedded or exposed lay-out, writing schemes, devices installations and system functionality testing

• Knows the proper order or sequence of operation for electrical and auxiliary system

• Direct report to PIC, PM, or PD

What we're looking for

• A Registered Electronics and Communication Engineer (ECE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)

• At least mid 20's and can supervise multiple areas

• Can work under pressure and can-do multi-tasking activities as per required on site condition

• Can work under minimum supervision

• Have minimum of One to Two years' experience in similar role in any MDC PROJECT

• Must have Construction Occupational Safety and Health certificate (COSH)
