Job Description

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

• Develop Quality assurance standard, process and methodology
• Ensure that activities are performed in compliance with the standard procedure and methodology
• Ensure that products meet customer expectation and standards
• Adhere to quality and safety standards
• Can identify defects and recommend corrective actions
• Record and report defects, issues and concerns
• Ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Facilitate and witness testing and commissioning of MEPFS equipment

Documentation and Reporting

• View and evaluate plans and specifications and call the attention of concerned parties
• Attend coordination meetings to resolve project issues and concerns
• Monitors all issued non-conformances, site observations and punchlists
• Assess and check progress billings and change ordersEnsure the project implementation complied with the local

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering course preferably with license.
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in HVAC construction. Preferably with experience in high rise building construction.
• Well verse in working principle & technical details of HVAC, Fire Protection, Fuel & LPG, and Control System.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Able to use Autocad software.
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to assign in Cavite site
