We are seeking a QA/QC and Safety Officer to support civil, port, marine, and dredging projects by ensuring safe, quality, timely, and compliant project execution in accordance with approved plans, standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement project QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for quality compliance.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Monitor construction activities, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate material and construction testing and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and inspection documents.
Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and quality best practices.
Provide quality training and guidance to project and construction personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer with relevant QA/QC experience.
At least 5-8 years of experience in construction, civil, port, marine, or dredging projects.
Knowledge of QA/QC standards, construction methods, inspections, and material testing.
Familiarity with ISO, safety, and applicable construction regulations.
Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.
Willing to work onsite/project locations and conduct regular field inspections.
