Job summary

Game Ops in Ortigas Center (Pasig) is seeking QA Leads who combine a passion for online video games with proven operations management skills. You will mentor QA testers, oversee test plans, and ensure rigorous testing across core game features, networks, and performance.

You will interface with clients, coordinate interviews, train new testers, and implement testing standards while supporting flexible schedules as needed.

• Core Game Features and Mechanics
• Quest Lines and Playthrough
• Game Assets, NPCs, Maps, Dungeons and Raids
• User Interface / Experience Testing

Network, Software, and Hardware Performance Testing:

• Smoke Testing
• Regression Testing
• Stress Testing
• Retail Readiness Testing

Our QA Leads are expected to:

• Have a passion for online video games
• Have experience in IT enabled operations
• Have Managed a team of QA Testers
• Have worked or are willing to work in Ortigas Center - Work different schedules depending on need

Technical Requirements:

• Create and modify Test Plans
• Create, modify, document procedures
• Produce operations and administrative reports
• Anticipate operations issues and create solutions

Administrative Requirements:

• Interface directly with Clients via messages, emails, voice or video conference
• Interview and assess applicants
