Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building testing solutions from ground up, including integration, unit, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software quality principles and how to improve product quality.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions, and integrating test solutions into CI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a developer focused on quality; build custom testing solutions and frameworks.
• Develop and implement integration tests, unit tests, and end-to-end tests in Python or similar.
• Architect innovative testing solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build tools and frameworks to enable automated testing within the dev workflow.
• Collaborate with developers to understand product architecture and ensure testing coverage.
• Drive adoption of best practices for code quality and CI/testing processes.
• Create testing strategies for complex systems beyond traditional automation.
• Mentor junior developers in implementing robust testing solutions.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve development and testing processes.
