Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Laguna is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives. · At least 2 years relevant experience gained on semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry

· Familiar with QC tools, 8D report, SPC, FEMA and ISO 9001 standards

1. Drives the cross-functional team on quality improvements of the processes

2. Drives the cross-functional team on the rootcause analysis and on the formulation of

corrective and preventive actions

1. Acts as coach on 8D report generation to ensure the right approach to problem solving and the specific customer requirement on 8D report is followed

2. Presents the final 8D report to customer

3. Ensures that all actions are recorded and followed up until closure

4. Monitors the progress and measure the effectiveness of all improvement actions

5. Leads the team on the improvement of customer ratings

6. Ensures that all requirements of customer and stake holders are in place and complied with

7. Conducts quality audits as appropriate

8. Drives quality improvement projects based on actual performance

9. Prepares, coordinates with other departments on revisions of procedures for improvement of the system

including FMEA, Control plans, WI, etc

1. Submits weekly/monthly reports on time to superior

2. Supervises and mentors QA Team leaders and Inspectors as needed
