Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in science-related field (e.g., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry)
• 2–3 years in customer service, sales support, technical support, or QA in a food manufacturing setting
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of QMS: BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, ISO
• Experience in audits and CAPA
• Experience handling customer questionnaires and compliance forms
• Experience in corrective action tracking and follow-up

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries from Sales, coordinating with departments
• Manage customer document requests and compliance forms
• Coordinate customer sample requests from approval to dispatch
• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with standards (BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, ISO)
• Assist in audits and track CAPA actions
• Prepare product compliance documents and interpret international food regulations
• Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Logistics on requirements
• Prepare reports on customer requests, compliance status, and QMS performance using SAP & Excel
• Participate in process improvement and stay updated on regulations
