Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer for its Consumer Lending team in Ortigas. You will ensure the accurate execution of QA, compliance, and governance tasks and help the team meet SLAs while upholding regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of collections experience in a mid-management role with consumer loan products, with strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of collections experience in a mid-management role with a consumer loan product.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Cycle and BSP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of QA, compliance, and governance deliverables.
• Adhere to SLAs for BAU activities within the Consumer Collections Group.
• Execute collection strategies in line with BSP policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a customer-first culture in service delivery.
• Review and monitor financial and non-financial requests within SLAs.
• Conduct quality assurance checks during deliverable completion.
