Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure high-quality software through both manual and automated testing.

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and databases, and validate data across systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Software QA experience and hands-on test automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and related tools, plus scripting in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or

Qualifications

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites.
• Perform functional and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and databases.
• Develop automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or similar tools.
• Validate backend data using SQL.
• Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other Agile team members.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, test planning, and release activities.
• Help improve test coverage, defect management, and overall software quality.
