Job Description
The QA/QC Assistant Manager supports the management and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and ISO requirements. This role oversees quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing processes, supports audit readiness, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive product quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical) or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within an electronics manufacturing environment, including assembly, repair, and refurbishment.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems; exposure to ISO 14001 is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in audit preparation and execution, including internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, PCB assembly, inspection techniques, and testing requirements.
Experience using quality tools and statistical methods
Ability to analyze quality data, prepare reports, and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and supervise QA/QC personnel.
