• 3-5 years of experience with industry-standard software testing tools.
• Experience defect tracking in JIRA.
• Experience working in an Agile-ish development environment.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Good documentation skills.

• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with time management & organization expertise.
• Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills.
• Strong deductive reasoning and pattern recognition.

Responsibilities

• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
• Create test plans to identify defects and bugs from code changes and integrations.
• Analyze bugs and document results in JIRA.
• Recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to improve quality delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in planning ceremonies and provide input on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor bug resolution.
• Coordinate testing results with Salesforce Administrators and Software Developers.
