Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a QA Analyst in Cagayan De Oro City to design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for web and backend systems. You will perform functional, regression, and UAT testing and track defects to ensure product quality.

As a QA Analyst, you will design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. You will perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across web and/or backend systems. You will identify, document, and track defects using standard issue tracking tools and collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality. You will support release cycles by validating deployments and ensuring production readiness.
