Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking aQuality Assurance professional to safeguard product quality at the start of the manufacturing process. You will validate hand-adds and basemix, verify micro ingredients, and ensure nutritional compliance to deliver high-quality feed products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science field and experience in QA within manufacturing. Strong documentation, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related course.
• Previous experience in manufacturing quality assurance is preferred.
• Familiar with QA principles, procedures and tools in manufacturing environments.
• Good computer skills including data entry, document management and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Cross-check and validate hand-adds/basemix reports against the production schedule and formulations.
• Individually inspect and validate pre-weighed micro ingredients before mixing.
• Maintain real-time documentation of weight verification for traceability.
• Identify and tag non-conforming batches, discrepancies, or incorrect weights.
• Maintain records of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance and regulatory feed standards.
• Assist in maintaining product traceability with lot numbers and batch codes.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to address quality issues and corrective actions.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and sustainability goals.
