Job summary

San Miguel Corporation seeks a Feeds QA Specialist to safeguard product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across mills, hubs, and warehouses. You will oversee QA operations, laboratory activities, audits, CAPA, and customer feedback, ensuring formulations and specifications are met.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with relevant QA knowledge and strong data analysis, GMP, and communication skills. Based in Cebu, on-site position within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering required.
• Registered Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician status preferred.
• Experience with QA and GMP procedures is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY

The Feeds QA Specialist safeguards product quality, safety, and compliance for animal feed products by implementing andoverseeing the entire Quality Assurance operations in the assigned feed mill, distribution hub, warehouse, or other externalfacilities, including QA laboratory activities, internal and external audits, customer feedback management, trade sampling,driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), etc. The Specialist configures and manages the laboratory systems to support the timely approval of raw materials and therelease of finished goods, ensuring alignment with approved formulations and company or customer‑defined nutrient andphysical specifications. This role upholds food and feed safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction bymaintaining strong quality systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education

• Graduate of BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering;Registered Chemist/ Registered Chemical Technician

Working Experience

• None to One (1) year relevant laboratory or QA experience is an advantage
