Turn complex geospatial data into real-time insights—build automation that drives efficiency across global network operations!
Be part of a project that’s redefining how the world connects. Our cloud-based geospatial platform is transforming fiber and broadband rollouts—digitizing outdated processes, automating field tasks, and giving operators real-time visibility from design to deployment.
We’re looking for a Python Developer to power our Customer Operations division and help drive efficiency at scale. This is your chance to work with a market-leading SaaS platform transforming global network construction. In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of software development and operations—designing, building, and maintaining automation tools that streamline workflows, supercharge geospatial data processing, and enhance the customer experience. From crafting custom scripts to managing data pipelines, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a real-world impact.
What you’ll do
- You design, develop, and maintain internal tools and scripts using Python to support operations workflows.
- You develop and optimize ETL processes for spatial data into relational databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
- You automate data transformation and processing pipelines to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- You collaborate with operations and product teams to identify opportunities for tool development and automation.
- You troubleshoot and support internal tools and workflows in both production and development environments.
- You ensure code quality through version control, testing, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.
- You follow best practices in software engineering and continuously seek ways to improve development processes.
You’ll be a great fit
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- You bring hands-on experience with geospatial tools such as QGIS, PyQGIS, or GIS libraries like GDAL/OGR, Shapely, or GeoPandas.
- You have demonstrated experience in scripting and automating data processing tasks.
- You are proficient in SQL and relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL and PostGIS.
- You possess strong problem-solving abilities and can work independently from concept through to delivery.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following
- You have prior experience in an operations-facing role or in developing internal tooling.
- You are familiar with cloud environments, particularly AWS, and have experience with CI/CD pipeline workflows.
What you gain beyond the role
- Remote + Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds—collaborative office days when it counts, balanced with the freedom to work from home.
- Achieve Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Work in an environment where you’re trusted and empowered to work independently, while still having the support you need to deliver your best. Here, flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s how we help you perform at your best, without sacrificing life outside of work.
- Open Culture: Your voice matters, we encourage proactive communication and fresh ideas.
- Supportive Team: From your very first day to every career milestone, we’ve got your back—with long-term growth and projects you can truly thrive in.
- Learn and Grow: Training, coaching, and international opportunities to level up your skills and career
- Be part of a B-Corp company that puts people and planet first while creating meaningful impact.
Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
