Job summary

ib vogt is seeking a Site Electrical Engineer for a 10-month fixed-term contract in Iloilo City. You will manage all electrical engineering aspects of the PV project, including installation, testing, commissioning, and adherence to design specifications, safety rules, and schedules.

The role requires coordination with project teams, contractors, and suppliers, with on-site duties and potential travel to project locations as needed. Fluency in English and Ilonggo is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering in power utilities or renewable energy.
• Experience with PV plants and substations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction and installation activities including testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
