We are looking for a detail-oriented PV PERMIT DESIGNER Support to provide real-time assistance to field teams during installations and service work. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying installation closeout photos, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and assessing service work for discrepancies. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with internal teams to address issues, maintain detailed records of completed work, and assist in troubleshooting when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to field teams during installations and service work.

  • Handle phone calls to assist client needs.

  • Review and verify installation closeout photos to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Assess service work photos and flag any discrepancies or incomplete tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

  • Maintain detailed records of completed work and any identified issues.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and guide field teams when needed.

Qualification:
