TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Pursuits + Work Winning team for the Buildings sector. The role involves proposal development, qualifications, marketing information, and other work-winning activities for multidisciplinary building design and engineering.

You will collaborate with technical leadership, subconsultants, and pursuit managers, coordinating submissions and helping prepare interview materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting proposals or marketing within the AEC industry preferred.
• Exposure to Buildings, architecture, building engineering, or multidisciplinary design is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned Buildings pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables to timely submissions.
• Lead or co-lead small proposals and qualifications packages with oversight from Marketing Specialists.
• Assist with interview preparation activities and materials for shortlisted pursuits.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and sector resources (staff resumes, project descriptions, client files).
• Provide support for proposals, qualifications, and client forms; assemble qualification packages using marketing content.

Job Summary

TYLin is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Pursuits + Work Winning team for the Buildings sector. This role supports proposal development, qualifications, marketing information, and other work-winning activities for multidisciplinary building design, engineering, and consulting opportunities. The Coordinator exercises independent judgment with close supervision and mentorship, owns assigned tasks within larger pursuit efforts, and partners with technical leadership, subconsultants, and pursuit managers across TYLin and Introba.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Specialists and Senior Marketing Specialists in coordinating assigned Buildings pursuits by tracking schedules, monitoring deliverables, maintaining compliance requirements, and facilitating communication among technical staff, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders to support timely and high-quality submissions. Lead or co-lead small, low-complexity proposals and qualifications packages for TYLin and Introba under the guidance of a Marketing Specialist or Senior Marketing Specialist, ensuring compliance with client requirements, brand standards, and pursuit schedules. Support interview preparation activities for shortlisted Buildings pursuits, including presentation development, document coordination, rehearsal scheduling, and production of interview materials. Develop and maintain marketing information systems and sector resources, including staff resumes, project descriptions, client files, qualifications content, and other pursuit materials. Provide support for Buildings marketing and work-winning efforts, including proposals, qualifications packages, capability statements, general marketing correspondence, and required client or government forms. With direction, complete required forms, prepare compliance materials, and assemble qualifications packages using existing and customized marketing content. Draft and edit general proposal sections, resumes, project descriptions, team information, and supporting graphics or infographics as assigned. Assists with other duties as assigned.

Ability to quickly adapt to Buildings sector processes, multidisciplinary technical content, regional workflows, brand requirements, and client‑specific submission requirements while maintaining high-quality, consistent deliverables. Develops a working knowledge of TYLin and Introba marketing programs, Buildings services, technical capabilities, key staff, and representative project experience. Demonstrates knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style. Has excellent knowledge of word processing and working knowledge of desktop publishing, presentation, collaboration, and marketing information systems. Has excellent communication skills and is detail-oriented and highly organized. Has graphic design aptitude to support proposal layouts, infographics, organization charts, and supporting imagery. Works well with all types of people under deadline situations. Assumes complete responsibility for assigned tasks when given appropriate direction. Is resourceful and able to contribute both in concept and in implementation to marketing program effectiveness. Willingness to work flexible hours, as required, to meet proposal schedules and critical submission deadlines.

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Acrobat. Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
