Job summary

A recruitment service is seeking a Purchasing Associate to join their team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, particularly in spare parts and importation. Responsibilities include sourcing reliable suppliers, managing import documentation, and maintaining accurate purchase records. On-site work and a face-to-face interview are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in spare parts, shipment and importation is an advantage.
• Experience working in a distributor company, preferably in home appliances.
• Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews.
• Amenable to attend face to face interview

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage import documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.

• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, handle, and monitor DTI-related documents and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as may be assigned by management.
