Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders for imported goods in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules and requirements.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on pending orders.
- Prepare, review, and submit complete import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Import Entry, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Philippine customs laws, import regulations, and tariff classifications.
- Monitor customs duties, taxes, and related charges to avoid delays and penalties.
- Track shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for receipt of cleared goods.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and customs documents.
- Stay updated on changes in customs procedures and import regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science in Customs Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience of Customs and Brokerage knowledge.
- Familiarity with Philippine customs procedures and import regulations.
- Experience coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders is an advantage.
