Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation, a manufacturing company established in 2007 and located at the Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP) Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna Tubotech Philippines is the manufacturing base for our head office located in Australia.

Tubotech specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel tubular products such as bathroom support rails, shower seats, faucets, bathroom accessories, and plumbing components. Manufacturing processes include CNC bending, TIG welding, Metal Polishing, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centre.

Our goal is to produce products that are appreciated for their quality and workmanship, provide competitive pricing and good service to achieve an excellent reputation in both domestic and international markets.

Job Description

  • Manages end-to-end inventory processes, including PR to PO to Delivery, and coordination while ensuring compliance with PEZA and BOC for all inbound/outbound local supplies

  • Conducts daily rolling stocktake with Warehouse Supervisor to verify physical counts vs. bin card

  • Consolidates physical counts and bin cards to Cost Inventory Accounting Staff to verify with computer balance

  • Reconciles inventory variances with Warehouse Supervisor and Cost Inventory Staff by doing re-count prior to stock adjustments.

  • Sourcing and accreditation of new suppliers

  • Assists IMPEX for sourcing locally of existing imported materials in case import supply has deficiency and / or abnormalities to maintain uninterrupted production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related course

  • Preferably one (1) year experience in purchasing or procurement

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of vendor relations, inventory management and procurement processes

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Basic Microsoft skills, particularly MS Excel and ability to download and analyze data quickly using basic functions.
