Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior buyers and purchasing team members to ensure adherence to established procurement policies and standards.
• Review, process, and manage purchase orders and requisitions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate supplier performance and help enhance and sustain long‑term vendor relationships.
• Support cost‑reduction initiatives and assist in negotiating favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
