About the role DL Public Relations is seeking a Public Relations Manager (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to manage public relations campaigns and corporate communications for our diverse portfolio of clients. As Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies, managing media relationships, and ensuring brand reputation across both English and Mandarin-speaking markets. This role is crucial to our ability to serve clients effectively and expand our reach within the Asia-Pacific region.

• Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns tailored to client objectives and target audiences
• Manage relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers in both English and Mandarin-speaking regions
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communications materials in English and Mandarin
• Monitor media coverage and conduct reputation management across traditional and digital platforms

• Minimum 5 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong media relationships
• Experience in media monitoring and reputation management
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in PR software tools and social media platforms
• Crisis communication experience or exposure to high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of the Chinese market and cultural nuances would be advantageous
