Job summary

Lalamove is looking for an individual to lead public policy research and analysis in the Philippines. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, conducting comprehensive policy analyses, and supporting corporate strategies in the areas of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Candidates should possess relevant experience and be prepared to work onsite and travel as needed.

We are now seeking for a high caliber individual. The individual will participate in the planning and execution of all activities related to public policy research and analysis for Philippine markets


What you'll do:
  • Engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organisations, business chambers, etc. in Philippines to promote exchange of views, build consensus on issues and explore partnerships
  • Monitor and conduct research and analyses on public policies, laws and regulations, academic studies, industry practices, etc. in Philippines that are relevant to the business activities of the Corporate sector
  • Prepare concise and effective write-ups, papers, illustrations and presentations
  • Coordinate internal discussions and efforts in Philippines along with the Corporate's strategies on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects
  • Report to Director, Corporate Affairs and undertake any other assignments as instructed
What you'll need:
  • A degree or master's degree holder with prior education or experience in public policy preferred
  • With at least 8-10 years overall professional experience, with relevant experience in public policy.
  • Knowledgeable in dealing with various local and national government agencies.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing strategic communications and partnership plans concerning external partners
  • Must be willing to both working onsite (Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange) and travelling to different locations when representing the company.
