General Summary:

The Provisioning Coordinator provides support to the Sales and Post Sales teams. This role is responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of licensing process, assisting with contract review and provisioning licenses to our Partners based on what was purchased on the contract. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to complete licensing for partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the cross functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Processes sales contracts and orders keeping accurate records of all licenses and ensuring they are up-to[1]date
  • Processes and manages license applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Resolves any issues or discrepancies related to licensing
  • Responds to licensing inquiries and issues
  • Conducts account research and analysis
  • Helps in maintaining database integrity by following standard processes and procedures for data entry
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate points as needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Cross-trains with other team members to help provide relief when a team member is out or
  • when workload sees higher volume than normal

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
  • 0-10% travel may be required
