Job summary

Cynet Locums is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring documentation and verifications are completed timely and accurately.

You will liaise between providers, internal teams, and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth onboarding. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in healthcare credentialing or related admin role.
• Strong knowledge of JCAHO, TJC and NCQA guidelines.
• Familiarity with credentialing systems and VMS platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Credential management and documentation for provider credentials.
• Perform primary source verification of licenses, certifications, and documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Schedule and track medical assessments, immunizations, and tests.
• Coordinate scheduling and provide status updates to stakeholders.
