Job summary

The QualiFind Group seeks a Clinical Specialist to drive clinical development and education for O&P customers and the sales team across Latin America, Central America, and Mexico. You will demonstrate products, coordinate workshops, and ensure clinical excellence for prosthetic and orthotic lines.

Residency in Mexico is required. You will work with regional teams, contribute to training events, and maintain professional credentials while staying current with product innovations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience after professional certification.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• ABC CP or CPO certification required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities related to product research, development, and business growth.
• Respond to technical inquiries about returns, concerns, and complaints.
• Assist Area Sales Director in planning to achieve sales objectives for each territory.
• Conduct high-level demonstrations of the full prosthetic and orthotic product range.
• Travel approximately 60% of the time within Mexico and internationally.
• Maintain credentials and stay current with product innovations.
